Liberty senior Marcus Lucas verbally commits to Missouri
There were quite a few people at Liberty High giving Marcus Lucas hugs and well-wishes on Monday, Dec. 21. And at Liberty’s girls basketball game that evening, it was more of the same.
There were smiles all around after Lucas had publicly announced where he was going to continue his football career in college. People were happy that Lucas had piece of mind about his decision, and they were extremely excited about where he had chosen to go.

Winnetonka running back has season to remember
The final numbers are staggering.
Two hundred eighty-two carries — yep that is right you aren’t hallucinating 282 — 2,531 yards gained and 29 touchdowns. That is an average of 8.79 yards per carry, almost a first down every touch. No matter what the level of competition, those numbers are flat-out jaw dropping.
